目的 分析了2015-2018年重慶市永川區(qū)中醫(yī)院中藥注射劑不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生的規(guī)律及特點，為中藥注射劑的合理使用提供參考依據(jù)。方法 采用回顧性分析方法，篩選符合要求的不良反應(yīng)報告，記錄相關(guān)信息，結(jié)合指南和文獻進行分析。結(jié)果 符合要求的報告有180例，男女性比例接近，>70歲的老年人最多，構(gòu)成比為24.44%；發(fā)生時間在用藥10~30 min的構(gòu)成比最高，達35.00%；主要表現(xiàn)以皮膚及附件損害為主，有97例（占53.89%），其次表現(xiàn)為全身性癥狀，有32例（占17.17%）；不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生涉及藥品共有32種，引發(fā)不良反應(yīng)排前3名的中藥注射劑品種分別為注射用血塞通、舒血寧注射液、丹參川芎嗪注射液。結(jié)論 應(yīng)加強中藥注射劑不良反應(yīng)監(jiān)測工作，促進臨床安全用藥。

Objective To analyze the laws and characteristics of the adverse drug reaction (ADR) of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Chongqing Yongchuan District Hospital, and to provide a reference for rational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on the ADR reports. The related information was recorded. Then the data according to related guidelines and documents were analyzed. Results A total of 180 ADR reports were included according to inclusion criteria. The ratio of males to females is close, and most patients were above 70 years old, accounting for 24.44%. ADR mainly occurred in 10-30 min after medication, accounting for 35.00%. The main symptoms of adverse reactions were the skin and accessories (97 cases, 53.89%), followed by systemic symptoms (32 cases, 17.78%). There were 32 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections, and the top three traditional Chinese medicine injections causing ADR were Xuesaitong for injection, Shuxuening Injection, and Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection. Conclusion ADR monitoring of traditional Chinese medicine injection should be strengthened to promote the safety of drug use.
