圍繞國內(nèi)現(xiàn)行相關(guān)法律及監(jiān)管規(guī)章，對藥品、保健食品、特醫(yī)食品和新資源食品的基本內(nèi)涵、適用范圍、配方組成等進行梳理，并對4類物品的監(jiān)管制度進行比較分析。旨在幫助人們提高對4類物品的認知與分辨能力，提醒生產(chǎn)廠商明確四者相應(yīng)的監(jiān)管要求，杜絕違法違規(guī)行為。

The concept, application scope and formula composition of drug, health food, food for special medical purpose and new resource food from the current national legal are introduced in this paper, and the relevant domestic regulatory systems are made a comparative analysis. The purpose is to help consumers differentiate the four kinds of goods, remind manufacturers to make clear the corresponding regulatory requirements of the four, and put an end to illegal behaviors.
