目的 分析丹七片聯(lián)合氨氯地平治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床研究。方法 選擇2017年8月-2019年3月在甘孜藏族自治州人民醫(yī)院治療的冠心病心絞痛患者139例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（70例）和治療組（69例）。對(duì)照組口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服丹七片，4片/次，3次/d，兩組患者均治療30 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效和心電圖療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者心絞痛發(fā)作情況及血清一氧化氮（NO）、內(nèi)皮素（ET）和血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子（VEGF）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組臨床有效率和心電圖有效率分別為81.42%和75.71%，均明顯低于治療組的94.20%和88.41%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評(píng)分、每周發(fā)作次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療后明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者ET水平明顯降低（P<0.05），而NO和VEGF水平均明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療后治療組ET、NO和VEGF改善效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 丹七片聯(lián)合氨氯地平治療冠心病心絞痛，可明顯緩解患者臨床癥狀，減輕心絞痛程度，改善血管內(nèi)皮功能。

Objective To analyze the clinical study of Danqi Tablets combined with Amlodipine in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (139 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital from August 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control (70 cases) and treatment (69 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Danqi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 4 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 30 d. After treatment, the clinical and electrocardiographic efficacy was evaluated, and the attack of angina pectoris, the serum level of NO, ET, and VEGF in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical and electrocardiographic efficacy in the control group were 81.42% and 75.71%, which were significantly lower than 94.20% and 88.41% in the treatment group, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores, frequency of angin attack per week, duration of angin attack in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum level of ET in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the NO and VEGF level was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the level of ET, NO and VEGF in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Danqi Tablets combined with Amlodipine in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce the degree of angina pectoris and improve the endothelial function of blood vessels.
