目的 探討虎力散膠囊聯(lián)合對乙酰氨基酚片治療風(fēng)濕寒性關(guān)節(jié)痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年5月-2019年5月在上海市閔行區(qū)中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院治療的86例風(fēng)濕寒性關(guān)節(jié)痛患者，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為對照組（43例）和治療組（43例）。對照組口服對乙酰氨基酚片，0.5 g/次，3次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服虎力散膠囊，0.3 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者均經(jīng)5 d治療。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候積分及視覺模擬量表（VAS）評分、GQOLI-74和LKSS評分。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為81.40%，顯著低于治療組的97.67%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者中醫(yī)癥候積分均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組比對照組降低更明顯（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者VAS評分顯著下降（P<0.05），而GQOLI-74和LKSS評分均顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組這些評分明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 虎力散膠囊聯(lián)合對乙酰氨基酚片治療風(fēng)濕寒性關(guān)節(jié)痛可有效改善患者臨床癥狀，減輕患者疼痛，促進(jìn)患者關(guān)節(jié)功能、生活質(zhì)量改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hulisan Capsules combined with Parecetamol Tablets in treatment of rheumatic-cold arthralgia. Methods Patients (86 cases) with rheumatic-cold arthralgia in Shanghai Minhang District TCM-Integrated Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups based on different treatments. Patients in the control group were po administered with Parecetamol Tablets, 0.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hulisan Capsules on the basis of the control group, 0.3 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the TCM syndrome scores, the VAS, GQOLI-74 and LKSS scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 81.40%, which was significantly lower than 97.67% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the GQOLI-74 and LKSS scores were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hulisan Capsules combined with Parecetamol Tablets in treatment of rheumatic-cold arthralgia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, alleviate the pain and promote the improvement of joint function and quality of life.
