目的 探討護骨膠囊聯(lián)合骨化三醇軟膠囊治療老年性骨質疏松癥的臨床療效。方法 選擇2016年4月-2018年12月駐馬店市中心醫(yī)院收治的157例老年性骨質疏松癥患者，隨機分為對照組（78例）和治療組（79例）。對照組患者口服骨化三醇軟膠囊，0.25 μg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎上口服護骨膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療6個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者骨密度、視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評分及骨特異性堿性磷酸酶（BAP）和胰島素樣生長因子I（IGF-I）水平。結果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為69.23%，顯著低于治療組的91.14%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組髖部骨密度、腰椎骨密度均增加（P<0.05），且治療組髖部骨密度、腰椎骨密度明顯比對照組高（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分明顯降低（P<0.05），而BAP和IGF-I水平明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組VAS評分明顯低于對照組（P<0.05），BAP和IGF-I水平明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 護骨膠囊聯(lián)合骨化三醇軟膠囊治療老年性骨質疏松癥臨床療效較好，可明顯增強骨密度，改善骨代謝指標，緩解疼痛，安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Hugu Capsules combined with Calcitriol Soft Capsules in treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods Patients (157 cases) with osteoporosis in Zhumadian Central Hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control (78 cases) and treatment (79 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Calcitriol Soft Capsules, 0.25 μg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Hugu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 6 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the bone mineral density, VAS scores, BAP and IGF-I level in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 69.23%, which was significantly lower than 91.14% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the bone mineral density of hip and lumbar vertebrae in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), but the level of BAP and IGF-I was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the VAS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the level of BAP and IGF-I was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hugu Capsules combined with Calcitriol Soft Capsules in treatment of senile osteoporosis has good clinical effect, can obviously enhance bone density, improve bone metabolism index, relieve pain, and it is safe and reliable.
