目的 對(duì)2017-2018年吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院風(fēng)濕科骨瓜提取物注射液的住院處方進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)點(diǎn)評(píng)，為臨床提供參考依據(jù)。方法 通過吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院HIS系統(tǒng)提取2017年1月-2018年12月風(fēng)濕科骨瓜提取物注射液住院處方，根據(jù)藥品說明書對(duì)其進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng)，點(diǎn)評(píng)內(nèi)容包括適應(yīng)癥、溶媒選擇和用量、給藥頻次及療程等，并對(duì)所點(diǎn)評(píng)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行歸納、統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果 骨瓜提取物注射液的超濃度用藥患者主要集中在18~59、60~69歲，構(gòu)成比分別為27.17%、24.15%。適應(yīng)癥主要為類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎（1 106例），構(gòu)成比為51.83%。溶媒選擇0.9%氯化鈉注射液或5%葡萄糖注射液100或250 mL。其中超溶媒劑量使用的占總處方數(shù)的12.41%。使用頻次均為1次/d，療程最長為15 d。結(jié)論 吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院風(fēng)濕科骨瓜提取物注射液的臨床使用情況良好，應(yīng)在老年人用藥的特殊性方面需要提高關(guān)注度，以確?；颊哂盟幍陌踩浴Ｒ蚕Ｍa(chǎn)廠家及時(shí)更新藥品說明書，保障用藥的安全性。

Objective To evaluate the rationality of Gugua Extractives Injection in hospital prescription for special comment in Department of Rheumatology of the First Hospital of Jilin University from 2017 to 2018, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods The inpatient prescription of Gugua Extractives Injection in Department of Rheumatology of the First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2017 to December 2018 was extracted by HIS system. The contents of the commons included indication, solvent selection and dosage, frequency, and course of treatment, etc. according to the instructions, and the review results were summarized, counted and analyzed. Results Most patients with superconcentration of Gugua Extractives Injection were 18-59 and 60-69 years old, accounting for 27.17% and 24.15%. The indications was mainly rheumatoid arthritis (1 106 cases), accounting for 51.83%. The choice of solvent was 0.9% sodium chloride injection or 5% glucose injection with 100 or 250 mL. The hypersolvent dose accounted for 12.41% in total number of prescriptions. The frequency of usage was once per day. The maximum duration of treatment was 15 d. Conclusion The clinical use of Gugua Extractives Injection in Department of Rheumatology of the First Hospital of Jilin University is in good condition. It should be need to raise awareness in the particularity of the elderly medication, in order to ensure the safety of medication for patients. It is also hoped that manufacturers can update the drug instructions in time to ensure the safety of medication.
