新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-2019）自發(fā)生以來，疫情進展迅速，嚴重威脅人們的身體健康。目前，臨床上尚無針對其治療的特效藥物，多數為對癥治療，以延緩新型冠狀病毒引起的機體損傷為主，因此，尋找安全有效的治療藥物成為刻不容緩的工作。查爾酮及其衍生物具有廣泛的藥理學作用，可發(fā)揮抗病毒、抗菌抗炎、抗氧化、抗纖維等多種作用。主要對查爾酮及其衍生物的藥理作用和機制進行綜述，并對其用于COVID-2019防治的可行性進行探討，以期為臨床治療提供參考。

Chalcone and its derivatives have a wide range of pharmacological effects, such as antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-fibrosis. The pharmacological action and mechanism of chalcone and its derivatives are mainly summarized, and the feasibility of its application in the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 is discussed, which may provide reference for clinical treatment.
