目的 探討枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合維酶素片治療慢性萎縮性胃炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年1月-2019年12月南開大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院消化內(nèi)科收治的126例慢性萎縮性胃炎患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將126例患者分為兩組，每組各有63例。對(duì)照組口服維酶素片，1.2 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服枳術(shù)寬中膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組病理學(xué)指標(biāo)慢性炎癥程度、活動(dòng)性、萎縮度、腸化生、幽門螺桿菌（HP）感染、胃黏膜炎癥因子C-反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）、前列腺素E2（PGE2）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（92.06%）比對(duì)照組高（79.37%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的慢性炎癥程度、活動(dòng)性、萎縮度、腸化生、HP感染評(píng)分明顯減輕（P<0.05），且治療組較對(duì)照組減輕的更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組胃黏膜的CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α明顯低于治療前，PGE2明顯高于治療前（P<0.05）；治療組治療后胃黏膜的CRP、IL-1β、TNF-α低于對(duì)照組，PGE2比對(duì)照組高（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 枳術(shù)寬中膠囊聯(lián)合維酶素片治療慢性萎縮性胃炎具有較好的療效，能減輕胃黏膜癥狀，降低炎癥反應(yīng)，具有較好的臨床研究?jī)r(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with Vitacoenzyme Tablets in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Patients (126 cases) with chronic atrophic gastritis in Nankai University Affiliated Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 63 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Vitacoenzyme Tablets, 1.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and pathological indexes, such as chronic inflammation, activity, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection, and inflammatory factors of gastric mucosa, such as CRP, PGE2, IL-1β, TNF-α in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the treatment group (92.06%) was higher than that in the control group (79.37%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, chronic inflammation, activity, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia and HP infection scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of PGE2 in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CRP, IL-1β, and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the level of PGE2 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules combined with Vitacoenzyme Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, can alleviate the symptoms of gastric mucosa and reduce the inflammatory reaction, which has good clinical research value.
