目的 探討雪梨止咳糖漿聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅吸入劑治療兒童咳嗽變異性哮喘的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月—2019年11月在天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院治療的110例咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒作為研究對象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將全部患兒分為對照組和治療組，每組各55例。對照組霧化吸入布地奈德福莫特羅吸入劑，1吸/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服雪梨止咳糖漿，5 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患兒連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組的控制率，比較兩組的咳嗽消失時(shí)間、氣喘消失時(shí)間、哮鳴音消失時(shí)間、日間咳嗽評分、夜間咳嗽評分、肺功能和誘導(dǎo)痰白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、組織中P物質(zhì)（SP）、嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞陽離子蛋白（ECP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的控制率（92.73%）明顯高于對照組（78.18%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的咳嗽消失時(shí)間、氣喘消失時(shí)間、哮鳴音消失時(shí)間比對照組短，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的日間咳嗽評分、夜間咳嗽評分明顯低于治療前（P<0.05）；且治療組的日間咳嗽評分、夜間咳嗽評分比對照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者第一秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）、FEV1/用力肺活量（FVC）明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組FEV1、FEV1/FVC較對照組升高的更明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者誘導(dǎo)痰的IL-6、SP、ECP明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組IL-6、SP、ECP較對照組降低的更明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 雪梨止咳糖漿聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅吸入劑可提高小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘的療效，減輕患兒的咳嗽癥狀，改善肺功能，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床研究價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xueli Zhike Syrup combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation in treatment of cough variant asthma in children. Methods Children (110 cases) with cough variant asthma in Tianjin Ninghe District Hospital from June 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 55 cases. Children in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation, 1 suction/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xueli Zhike Syrup on the basis of the control group, 5 mL/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the control rates were evaluated, and the disappearance time of cough, asthma and wheezing, the daytime cough score, the nighttime cough score, the pulmonary function, and the levels of IL-6, SP and ECP in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the control rate in the treatment group (92.73%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.18%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of cough, asthma and wheezing in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the daytime cough score and nocturnal cough score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the daytime cough score and night cough score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, SP, and ECP in induced sputum in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-6, SP, and ECP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xueli Zhike Syrup combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation can improve the curative effect of cough variant asthma in children, reduce cough symptoms, improve lung function and reduce inflammatory reaction, which has certain clinical research value.
