目的 探討口炎清顆粒聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹片治療糜爛型口腔扁平苔蘚的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年2月—2019年12月天津市口腔醫(yī)院和天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)院收治的82例口腔扁平苔蘚患者作為研究對象，將所有患者按照隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和治療組，每組各41例。對照組口服硫酸羥氯喹片，2片/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服口炎清顆粒，20 g/次，2次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療1個月。比較兩組的總有效率，使用視覺模擬評分法（VAS）評估患者的主觀疼痛程度，對比兩組患者治療前后病損面積的大小，檢測兩組患者治療前后氧化應(yīng)激指標超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、脂質(zhì)過氧化物（LPO）、丙二醛（MDA）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率95.12%比對照組的80.49%高，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的VAS評分、病損面積明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的VAS評分、病損面積比對照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的SOD水平明顯升高，LPO、MDA水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的SOD比對照組高，LPO、MDA比對照組低（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 口炎清顆粒聯(lián)合硫酸羥氯喹片治療糜爛型口腔扁平苔蘚療效較好，可減輕疼痛程度，縮小病損面積，減輕氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)，具有良好的臨床研究價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Kouyanqing Granules combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets in treatment of erosive oral lichen planus. Methods Patients (82 cases) with erosive oral lichen planus in Tianjin Stomatology Hospital and Tianjin Medical University Dental hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets, 2 tablets/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kouyanqing Granules on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the degree of subjective pain. Before and after treatment, the size of lesion area was compared between two groups, and the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxide (LPO), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was (95.12%) higher than that of the control group (80.49%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and lesion area in two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and lesion area in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of SOD in two groups were significantly increased, but the levels of LPO and MDA in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of SOD in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but the levels of LPO and MDA in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Kouyanqing Granules combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of erosive oral lichen planus, can reduce pain and lesion area, and relieve oxidative stress, which has good clinical research value.
