目的 分析舒冠顆粒聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床效果。方法 選擇2017年2月—2019年3月在海南省干部療養(yǎng)院治療的冠心病心絞痛患者98例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（48例）和治療組（50例）。對(duì)照組患者口服硫酸氫氯吡格雷片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的用藥基礎(chǔ)上口服舒冠顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療1個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者心絞痛發(fā)作情況，以及左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）、左心室舒張末期內(nèi)徑（LVEDD）、左心室收縮末期內(nèi)徑（LVESD）、血清五聚素3（PTX3）、白介素-6（IL-6）和超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為70.83%和92.00%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組發(fā)作頻率、發(fā)作時(shí)間均明顯改善（P<0.05），且治療組明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組LVEF水平明顯升高，而LVEDD和LVESD水平均明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組LVEF、LVEDD和LVESD改善效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組PTX3、IL-6和hs-CRP水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 舒冠顆粒聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療冠心病心絞痛臨床效果顯著，可明顯緩解癥狀，改善心功能，抑制炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shuguan Granules combined with clopidogrel in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (98 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Cadre sanatorium of Hainan & Geriatric hospital of Hainan (CSH) from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control (48 cases) and treatment (50 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shuguan Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the attack of angina pectoris, the level of LVEF, LVEDD, LVESD, PTX3, IL-6 and hs-CRP in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 70.83% and 92.00% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in two groups was significantly improved (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the LVEF level in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), but the LVEDD and LVESD level was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the LVEF, LVEDD and LVESD in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the PTX3, IL-6, and hs-CRP level in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuguan Granules combined with clopidogrel in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has significant clinical effect, can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms, effectively improve cardiac function, and inhibit inflammatory reactions.
