目的 研究牙痛一粒丸聯(lián)合甲硝唑含片治療牙齦炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年9月—2019年9月在遼寧省健康產(chǎn)業(yè)集團撫礦總醫(yī)院治療的120例牙齦炎患者，所有患者隨機分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組患者給予甲硝唑含片，一次連續(xù)含3～4片，3～4次/d；治療組在對照組基礎上給予牙痛一粒丸，1丸/次，1次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組患者治療后臨床療效，比較兩組VAS評分、口腔健康影響程度量表（OHIP-14）評分、菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、牙周袋深度以及齦溝液炎癥因子水平。結果 治療后，治療組總有效率（96.67%）顯著高于對照組（78.33%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VAS評分和OHIP-14評分明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組VAS評分和OHIP-14評分降低較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、牙周袋深度均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組菌斑指數(shù)、牙齦指數(shù)、牙周袋深度均明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組齦溝液腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組齦溝液炎性因子水平降低較多（P<0.05）。結論 牙痛一粒丸聯(lián)合甲硝唑含片治療牙齦炎具有較好的臨床療效，能夠改善患者口腔健康，降低齦溝液炎性因子水平，值得在臨床上推廣應用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yatong Yili Pills combined with Metronidazole Buccal Tablets in treatment of gingivitis. Methods Patients (120 cases) with gingivitis in Fukuang General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were given Metronidazole Buccal Tablets, 3-4 tablets/time, three to four times daily. Patients in the treatment group were given Yatong Yili Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 pill/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and VAS score, OHIP-14 score, plaque index, gingival index, periodontal pocket depth, and the levels of inflammatory factors of gingival crevicular fluid in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (78.33%) (P<0.05). After treatment, VAS scores and OHIP-14 scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the VAS score and OHIP-14 score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, plaque index, gingival index and periodontal pocket depth in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the plaque index, gingival index, and periodontal pocket depth in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yatong Yili Pills combined with Metronidazole Buccal Tablets has a good clinical effect in the treatment of gingivitis, can improve the oral health of patients and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid, which is worthy of clinical application.
