目的 探討金糖寧膠囊聯(lián)合卡格列凈治療2型糖尿病的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月—2019年6月在中國人民解放軍西部戰(zhàn)區(qū)空軍醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的88例2型糖尿病患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各44例。對(duì)照組口服卡格列凈片，0.1 g/次，1次/d，餐前服用；治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服金糖寧膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組均治療4周后進(jìn)行效果對(duì)比。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血紅蛋白（HbA1c）、胰島素（FINS）相關(guān)血清學(xué)指標(biāo)、HOMA-β和HOMA-IR的變化情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別是81.82%、97.73%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組FPG、2 h PG、Hb Alc及FINS水平均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組這些血糖相關(guān)指標(biāo)較對(duì)照組下降更顯著（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶（γ-GT）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、人顆粒蛋白前體（PGRN）、富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白（SPARC）、皮質(zhì)醇（Cor）水平均顯著下降（P<0.05）；且治療后治療組這些血清學(xué)指標(biāo)顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組HOMA-β顯著升高，而HOMA-IR顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組HOMA-β顯著高于對(duì)照組，而HOMA-IR低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金糖寧膠囊聯(lián)合卡格列凈治療2型糖尿病具有較好的臨床療效，能有效控制血糖，降低機(jī)體相關(guān)血清因子水平，提高胰島素敏感性，改善機(jī)體胰島素抵抗，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jintangning Capsules combined with Canagliflozin Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 88 Patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in Air Force Hospital of the PLA Western Theater Command from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into control (44 cases) and treatment group (44 cases). Patients in the control group were po administered with Canagliflozin Tablet, 0.1 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jintangning Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. All patients were treated for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The changes of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG), glyca1c (HbA1c), insulin (FINS), related serological indexes, HOMA-β and HOMA-IR were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 81.82% and 97.73%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 h PG, Hb Alc and FINS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, these blood glucose related indexes in the treatment group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, Hcy, γ-GT, IL-1β, PGRN, SPARC, and Cor levels in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the serological indexes of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, HOMA-β significantly increased in the two groups, while HOMA-IR significantly decreased in the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, HOMA-β in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while HOMA-IR was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jintangning Capsules combined with Canagliflozin Tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes has good clinical efficacy, and can effectively control blood sugar, reduce the level of related serum factors, and can improve insulin sensitivity and insulin resistance, which has a certain clinical application value.
