目的 分析舒泌通膠囊聯(lián)合氨芐西林治療泌尿系統(tǒng)感染的臨床效果。方法 選擇2016年11月—2018年12月在上海市靜安區(qū)中心醫(yī)院治療的泌尿系統(tǒng)感染患者123例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（61例）和治療組（62例）。對(duì)照組患者口服氨芐西林膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上飯后口服舒泌通膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均治療2周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者尿細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)、尿白細(xì)胞鏡檢、尿常規(guī)恢復(fù)時(shí)間、臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間和尿路刺激征次數(shù)。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為70.49%和90.32%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者尿細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)、尿白細(xì)胞鏡檢指標(biāo)均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組尿常規(guī)恢復(fù)時(shí)間、臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間和尿路刺激征次數(shù)明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 舒泌通膠囊聯(lián)合氨芐西林治療泌尿系統(tǒng)感染，可明顯降低尿細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)菌落數(shù)和尿白細(xì)胞數(shù)目，改善患者臨床癥狀，減少尿路刺激征次數(shù)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shumitong Capsules combined with ampicillin in treatment of urinary system infection. Methods Patients (123 cases) with urinary system infection in Jing'an District Central Hospital from November 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control (61 cases) and treatment (62 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ampicillin Capsules, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shumitong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the urine bacterial culture, microscopic examination of urinary leucocytes, the time of urine routine recovery and clinical symptom disappearance, and frequency of urinary tract irritation in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 70.49% and 90.32% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the urine bacterial culture, microscopic examination of urinary leucocytes in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the time of urine routine recovery and clinical symptom disappearance, and frequency of urinary tract irritation in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shumitong Capsules combined with ampicillin in treatment of urinary system infection can significantly reduce the number of cultured bacterial colonies and leukocytes in urine, improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the number of urinary tract irritation signs, which has a certain clinical application value.
