2019年12月以來(lái)，全球多地出現(xiàn)新型冠狀病毒肺炎（COVID-19）病例，且數(shù)量激增，疫情形勢(shì)非常嚴(yán)峻。國(guó)內(nèi)在中醫(yī)藥的參與下，疫情防控效果顯著，彰顯了中醫(yī)藥的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。COVID-19重癥癥狀與中醫(yī)胸痹癥極為吻合，而瓜蔞薤白半夏湯是治療胸痹癥的要藥，該方或其化裁方在多個(gè)省市新冠肺炎診療方案被推薦。在臨床實(shí)踐中，襄陽(yáng)市中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院對(duì)瓜蔞薤白半夏湯進(jìn)行加減化裁，治愈了多名新冠肺炎重癥患者。主要對(duì)瓜蔞薤白半夏湯的現(xiàn)代藥理作用進(jìn)行綜述，為其防治COVID-19提供理論依據(jù)，為后期治療COVID-19提供臨床參考。

Since December 2019, COVID-19 cases have appeared in many parts of the world and the number has soared. The epidemic situation is very serious. With the participation of traditional Chinese medicine in China, the epidemic prevention and control effect is remarkable, highlighting the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine. The symptoms of severe COVID-19 are very consistent with that of chest discomfort in Chinese medicine. Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction is the first choice for the treatment of chest discomfort. In the diagnosis and treatment programs of COVID-19 in various provinces and cities, it has been recommended to add or subtracted Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction. In clinical practice, XiangYang Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine has added or subtracted Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction to cure many patients with COVID-19. The modern pharmacological effects in Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction are reviewed in this paper, to provide theoretical basis for its prevention and treatment of COVID-19, and to provide clinical reference for the later treatment of COVID-19.
