長期以來，慢性阻塞性肺疾?。–OPD）困擾著很多患者，由于其多樣性的臨床分型、復雜的作用機制，COPD目前尚缺少明確的生物標志物用于早期診斷、干預和治療。對臨床分型和生物標志物的準確分析能夠有效提示疾病的發(fā)展進程，指導臨床用藥，進行精準治療。對近年來報道的慢性阻塞性肺病的臨床分型和生物標志物進行綜述，期望為基礎研究、臨床診斷治療提供參考依據和指導作用。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) plagues many patients for a long time, due to its diverse clinical classification and complex mechanism. There are still few clear biomarkers for early diagnosis, intervention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Accurate analysis of clinical typing and biomarkers can effectively prompt the development process of the disease, guide clinical medication, and perform precise treatment. The types and biomarkers of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease reported in recent years are reviewed in this article, hoping to provide reference and guidance for basic research, clinical diagnosis, and treatment.
