[摘要]
目的 探究米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松對(duì)腎缺血再灌注損傷大鼠腎功能指標(biāo)和氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)的影響。方法 40只SD大鼠通過(guò)ip 1%戊巴比妥鈉溶液4 mg/kg建立腎缺血再灌注損傷模型,分為假手術(shù)組、模型組、地塞米松組、米諾地爾組、米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松組,每組8只。假手術(shù)組不進(jìn)行腎缺血再灌注處理;模型組術(shù)前30 min ip生理鹽水1 mL;地塞米松組術(shù)前30 min ip 4 mg/kg地塞米松磷酸鈉注射液;米諾地爾組術(shù)前30 min ip 0.6 mg/kg米諾地爾;米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松組術(shù)前30 min ip 0.3 mg/kg米諾地爾和2 mg/kg地塞米松磷酸鈉注射液。考察米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松對(duì)腎缺血再灌注損傷大鼠腎功能指標(biāo)和氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果 地塞米松組、米諾地爾組、米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松組的血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)值和腎組織丙二醛(MDA)值均顯著低于模型組(P<0.05、0.01),以米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松組最為顯著(P<0.01);腎組織勻漿總超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性均顯著高于模型組(P<0.01),以米諾地爾聯(lián)合地塞米松組最為顯著(P<0.01)。結(jié)論 地塞米松和米諾地爾預(yù)處理均可以顯著減輕急性腎缺血再灌注的損傷,且兩者對(duì)急性腎缺血再灌注損傷的保護(hù)作用總體相近,聯(lián)合用藥預(yù)處理的保護(hù)作用則更加顯著。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effect of minoxidil combined with dexamethasone on renal function indicators and oxidative stress indexes in rats with kidney ischemic reperfusion injury. Methods 40 SD mice were ip with 1% sodium pentobarbital solution to establish the kidney ischemic reperfusion injury model, and they were divided into sham group, model group, dexamethasone group, minoxidil group, and minoxidil combined with dexamethasone group, with 8 mice in each group. Renal ischemia reperfusion was not performed in the sham group. The model group were ip normal saline 1 mL 30 min before operation. The dexamethasone group were ip 4 mg/kg Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection 30 min before operation. The minoxidil group were ip 0.6 mg/kg minoxidil 30 min before operation. The minoxidil combined with dexamethasone group were ip 2 mg/kg Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection and 0.3 mg/kg minoxidil 30 min before operation. Results The BUN, Cr in serum, and MDA value in kidney tissue were significantly lower in the dexamethasone group, minoxidil group, and minoxidil combined with dexamethasone group than those in the model group activity in renal tissue homogenate was significantly higher than that in the model group (P<0.01), and that in the minoxidil combined with dexamethasone group was the most significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Both dexamethasone and minoxidil pretreatment can significantly reduce the acute renal ischemia reperfusion injury. The protective effects of the two are similar and the combination of pretreatment with medication is better in results.
