目的 研究安神膠囊聯(lián)合富馬酸喹硫平片治療精神分裂癥的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年9月—2019年9月在天津市安定醫(yī)院治療的100例精神分裂癥患者為研究對象，將患者隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組患者口服富馬酸喹硫平片，第1、2、3、4天分別給予50、100、200、300 mg，之后劑量逐漸增加到有效劑量范圍300～450 mg/d，2次/d；治療組患者在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服安神膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療2個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組的陽性和陰性癥狀量表（PANSS）評分、生活質(zhì)量綜合評定問卷（GQOLI-74）評分和簡明精神病量表（BPRS）評分以及血清學(xué)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者PANSS評分和BPRS評分明顯降低，GQOLI-74評分明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組改善較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶（NSE）、堿性髓鞘蛋白（MBP）水平均明顯降低，腦源性神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子（BDNF）、膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞系來源神經(jīng)營養(yǎng)因子（GDNF）水平均明顯升高（P<0.05）；且治療組改善較多（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 安神膠囊聯(lián)合富馬酸喹硫平片治療精神分裂癥具有較好的治療效果，能夠改善患者臨床癥狀，降低血清炎性因子水平，安全性較高，值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Anshen Capsules combined with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets in treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Patients (100 case) with schizophrenia in Tianjin Anding Hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets, 50 mg on the first day, then 100, 200, and 300 mg on the other day, after that, the dose gradually increased to the effective dose range 300 — 450 mg/d in general, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Anshen Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 2 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and PANSS scores, GQOLI-74 scores, BPRS scores, and serological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, PANSS score and BPRS score of two groups were significantly decreased, but GQOLI-74 score of two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the observational scores of the treatment group were more significantly improved (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of NSE and MBP in two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of BDNF and GDNF in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). And the inflammatory factor levels of the treatment group were more significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Anshen Capsules combined with Quetiapine Fumarate Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of schizophrenia, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors, with high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
