目的 探討銀杏酮酯片聯(lián)合丁苯酞軟膠囊治療血管性輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年3月—2019年11月在天津市中醫(yī)藥研究院附屬醫(yī)院就診的102例血管性輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙患者作為本研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將全部患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各51例。對(duì)照組口服丁苯酞軟膠囊，0.2 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服銀杏酮酯片，0.15 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療12周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的治療前后生活質(zhì)量情況、血清炎癥因子、血清神經(jīng)功能指標(biāo)水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率（94.12%）比對(duì)照組高（80.39%）（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy水平比對(duì)照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的腦髓鞘堿性蛋白（MBP）、中樞神經(jīng)特異蛋白（S100β）、神經(jīng)元特異性烯醇化酶（NSE）水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的MBP、S100β、NSE水平低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的簡(jiǎn)易精神狀態(tài)量表（MMSE）評(píng)分、日常生活能力量表（ADL）評(píng)分明顯升高（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的MMSE評(píng)分、ADL評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 銀杏酮酯片聯(lián)合丁苯酞軟膠囊治療血管性輕度認(rèn)知功能障礙的臨床療效較好，可改善認(rèn)知功能和生活質(zhì)量，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)和降低神經(jīng)功能的損傷，具有良好的臨床研究?jī)r(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yinxing Tongzhi Tablets combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in treatment of vascular mild cognitive impairment. Methods Patients (102 cases) with vascular mild cognitive impairment in Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 51 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yinxing Tongzhi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 0.15 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and quality of life, inflammatory factor, and serum neurological indexes were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (94.12%) was higher than that of the control group (80.39%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and Hcy in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and Hcy in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MBP, S100β, and NSE in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MBP, S100β and NSE in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the MMSE scores and ADL scores of the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). After treatment, the MMSE score and ADL score of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Yinxing Tongzhi Tablets combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of vascular mild cognitive impairment, can improve the cognitive function and quality of life, reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the damage of nerve function, which has good clinical research value.
