目的 探討清肺抑火膠囊聯(lián)合吸入用布地奈德混懸液治療急性支氣管炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年3月—2019年10月鄭州大學(xué)第五附屬醫(yī)院收治的98例急性支氣管炎患者，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各49例。對(duì)照組霧化吸入吸入用布地奈德混懸液，將2 mL布地奈德加入0.9%氯化鈉溶液3 mL，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服清肺抑火膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組臨床癥狀、肺功能指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為89.80%，高于對(duì)照組的65.31%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的體溫恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間、咳嗽消失時(shí)間、啰音消失時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者第一秒用力呼氣容積（FEV1）、用力肺活量（FVC）、呼氣峰流速（PEF）占預(yù)計(jì)值百分比均升高（P<0.05），且治療組肺功能指標(biāo)高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 清肺抑火膠囊聯(lián)合吸入用布地奈德混懸液治療急性支氣管炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善臨床癥狀、肺功能，具有一定臨床推廣價(jià)值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingfei Yihuo Capsules combined with budesonide in treatment of acute bronchitis. Methods Patients (98 cases) with acute bronchitis in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 49 cases. Patients in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Budesonide Suspension for inhalation, 2 mL added into 0.9% sodium chloride solution 3 mL, after mixing evenly, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qingfei Yihuo Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 89.80%, which was higher than that of the control group (65.31%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the body temperature returned to normal time, cough disappeared time, and rales disappeared time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1, FVC, and percentage of PEF estimated value in the two groups were increased (P<0.05), and the pulmonary function index in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qingfei Yihuo Capsules combined with budesonide has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute bronchitis, can improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
