目的 探討腸炎寧糖漿聯(lián)合頭孢克肟干混懸劑治療小兒急性腸胃炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年7月—2019年7月在寶雞市婦幼保健院治療的急性腸胃炎患兒82例，根據(jù)用藥的差別分為對照組（41例）和治療組（41例）。對照組口服頭孢克肟干混懸劑，1.5～3 mg/kg，2次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服腸炎寧糖漿，10 mL/次，3次/d。兩組患兒均經(jīng)7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者臨床癥狀改善時間，以及血清超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）和降鈣素（PCT）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為80.49%，顯著低于治療組的97.56%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒腹痛緩解時間、發(fā)熱緩解時間、嘔吐緩解時間、腹瀉緩解時間均明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清hs-CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均明顯下降（P<0.05），且治療組患者明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 腸炎寧糖漿聯(lián)合頭孢克肟干混懸劑治療小兒急性腸胃炎可有效改善患兒臨床癥狀，降低機體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Changyanning Syrup combined with cefixime in treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children. Methods Children (82 cases) with acute gastroenteritis in Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2017 to July 2019 were divided into control (41 cases) and treatment (41 cases) groups based on different treatments. Children in the control group were po administered with Cefixime for suspension, 1.5 — 3 mg/kg, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Changyanning Syrup on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the improvement time of clinical symptoms, the serum level of hs-CRP, IL-6 and PCT in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 80.49%, which was significantly lower than 97.56% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the remission time of abdominal pain, fever, vomiting, diarrhea in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and PCT in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Changyanning Syrup combined with cefixime in treatment of acute gastroenteritis in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response, which has a certain clinical application value.
