目的 研究坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合黃體酮膠囊治療更年期綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月—2019年12月在洛陽(yáng)市第五人民醫(yī)院治療的80例更年期綜合征患者，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組患者口服黃體酮膠囊，4粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服坤泰膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者接受治療時(shí)間為3個(gè)月。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的Kupperma評(píng)分、更年期生活質(zhì)量（MRS）評(píng)分、子宮內(nèi)膜厚度、血清學(xué)指標(biāo)、激素水平水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率95.00%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的77.50%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者Kupperma評(píng)分和MRS評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組降低程度較大（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組升高較明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者血清內(nèi)皮素（ET）和一氧化氮（NO）水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組升高程度較大（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者黃體生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平明顯降低，雌二醇（E2）水平明顯升高（P<0.05）；且治療組改善較明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 坤泰膠囊聯(lián)合黃體酮膠囊治療更年期綜合征具有較好的臨床療效，能夠改善患者臨床癥狀，增加患者子宮內(nèi)膜厚度，改善激素和血清學(xué)指標(biāo)，安全性較高，值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To study the efficacy of Kuntai Capsules combined with Progesterone Capsules in treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods Patients (84 cases) with climacteric syndrome in Luoyang Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Progesterone Capsules, 4 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Kuntai Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and Kupperma score, MRS score, endometrial thickness, hormone level and serological index level. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, Kupperma score and MRS score of the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the indicators of the treatment group was significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of ET and NO in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the indicators of the treatment group was significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were significantly reduced, but the levels of E2 in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the indicators of the treatment group was significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kuntai Capsules combined with Progesterone Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of climacteric syndrome, can improve the clinical symptoms, increase the thickness of endometrium, improve the hormone and serological indicators, with good safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
