目的 分析舒肝寧注射液致過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的病例及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，為臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員使用舒肝寧注射液提供對(duì)策建議。方法 檢索中文科技期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（維普）、中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊（網(wǎng)絡(luò)版）、萬(wàn)方數(shù)字化期刊全文庫(kù)和大醫(yī)醫(yī)學(xué)搜索數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)以及NGC、NICE、Cochrane、Pubmed，對(duì)2000—2019年因舒肝寧注射液致過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道和重慶市涪陵中心醫(yī)院1例舒肝寧注射液致過(guò)敏性休克病例進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 舒肝寧注射液過(guò)敏反應(yīng)病例中男性多于女性，年齡主要集中于≥61歲。有3例過(guò)敏史患者和3例哮喘史患者。10 min內(nèi)發(fā)生的不良反應(yīng)有9例，構(gòu)成比為40.9%。20 mL用藥劑量的構(gòu)成比最大，為54.5%；溶媒主要為5%葡萄糖注射液和10%葡萄糖注射液。有1例聯(lián)合配伍使用。過(guò)敏反應(yīng)累及的器官/系統(tǒng)主要包括皮膚、循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、呼吸系統(tǒng)等，具體臨床表現(xiàn)主要為皮疹、瘙癢和心率異常等。結(jié)論 臨床應(yīng)高度重視舒肝寧注射液致過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，熟悉舒肝寧注射液致過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的特征和影響因素，用藥前詳細(xì)詢問(wèn)哮喘史，開(kāi)始輸入的30 min嚴(yán)密巡視，用藥中加強(qiáng)觀察，避免發(fā)生嚴(yán)重后果。

Objective To analyze the cases and related articles of allergic reaction induced by Shuganning Injection, and to provide suggestions for clinical medical staff to use Shuganning Injection. Methods Literatures about allergic reaction induced by Shuganning Injection were collected from Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database (VIP), Chinese Academic Journal (online), Wangfang Database, University Medical Search Database, NGC, NICE, Cochrane, and Pubmed from 2000 to 2019, and the case of Fuling Center Hospital of Chongqing City were analyzed statistically. Results Male were more than female in the cases of allergic reaction induced by Shuganning Injection, and they were above 61 years old. There were 3 cases of patients with history of allergy and 3 cases of patients with history of asthma. There were 9 cases of allergy within 10 min, accounting for 40.9%. Most dose of medication was 20 mL, accounting for 54.5%. The solvent were 5% Glucose Injection and 10% Glucose Injection. There was only one cases of use in combination. The organ/system involved by allergic reaction mainly consisted of the skin, circulatory system, and the respiratory system, and the specific clinical manifestations were mainly rash, pruritus, and abnormalities in heart rate. Conclusion In clinical practice, the risk of allergy caused by Shuganing Injection should be attached great importance to, and the characteristics and influencing factors of allergic reactions should be known well with. Before medication, the history of asthma should be inquired about, and tight patrol should be carried in the first 30 minutes, and observation should be strengthened during medication, in order to avoiding serious consequences.
