目的 分析天津市津南醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的使用情況和變化趨勢(shì)，為促進(jìn)臨床合理應(yīng)用第二類精神藥品提供依據(jù)。方法 對(duì)2017—2019年天津市津南醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的銷售量、銷售金額、用藥頻度（DDDs）、日均藥費(fèi)（DDC）、藥品排序比（B/A）進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。結(jié)果 2017—2019年第二類精神藥品的銷售總金額呈現(xiàn)先下降后上升趨勢(shì)。地佐辛注射液的銷售金額始終居首位，2018—2019年佐匹克隆片、艾司唑侖片和咪達(dá)唑侖注射液的銷售金額保持在前3位。2018—2019年，佐匹克隆片、艾司唑侖片和右佐匹克隆片的DDDs始終排名前3位。地佐辛注射液的DDC值較大，居首位。第二類精神藥品的B/A基本均接近于1.00，同步性較好。結(jié)論 天津市津南醫(yī)院第二類精神藥品的使用基本合理，但個(gè)別藥品存在不合理現(xiàn)象。

Objective To analyze the use situation and changing trend of the second class psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital, and to provide basis for promoting the rational application of the second class psychotropic drugs. Methods The sales volume, sales amount, frequency of drug use (DDDs), daily average drug cost (DDC), and drug ranking ratio (B/A) of the second class psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital from 2017 to 2019 were statistically analyzed. Results From 2017 to 2019, the total sales of the second class of psychotropic drugs showed a downward trend and then an upward trend. The sales amount of Dezocine Injection always ranked the first, and the sales amount of Zopiclone Tablets, Estazolam Tablets, and Midazolam Injections remained in the top three from 2018 to 2019. From 2018 to 2019, DDDs of Zopiclone Tablets, Estazolam Tablets, and Dexazopiclone Tablets had consistently ranked in the top three. The DDC value of Dezocine Injection was large, ranking the first. B/A of the second class psychotropic drugs were close to 1.00, and the synchronicity was good. Conclusion The use of the second class of psychotropic drugs in Tianjin Jinnan Hospital is basically reasonable, but some drugs are unreasonable.
