目的 對2019年漯河市中心醫(yī)院精神科抗抑郁藥的使用情況進行分析，為促進臨床合理用藥提供指導。方法 采用回顧性分析方法，參考世界衛(wèi)生組織（WHO）的限定日劑量和藥品使用說明書，對2019年1～4季度漯河市中心醫(yī)院精神科抗抑郁藥的銷售金額、使用頻度（DDDs）、日均費用（DDC）及其排序比（B/A）等進行分析。結(jié)果 2019年選擇性5-羥色胺（5-HT）再攝取抑制劑（SSRIs）、5-HT及去甲腎上腺素（NA）再攝取抑制劑（SNRIs）和NA和特異性5-HT能抗抑郁藥（NaSSAs）的銷售金額分別位居各季度的前3名，其中SSRIs的構(gòu)成比最大。銷售金額穩(wěn)居前4位的分別為艾司西酞普蘭、舍曲林、米氮平、度洛西汀。DDDs排名前2位的抗抑郁藥為艾司西酞普蘭、舍曲林?？挂钟羲幍腄DC比較穩(wěn)定，度洛西汀、阿戈美拉汀、文拉法辛的DDC最高。艾司西酞普蘭、西酞普蘭、舍曲林、阿米替林、氯米帕明等些種藥物的B/A趨近于1。結(jié)論 漯河市中心醫(yī)院精神科抗抑郁藥的結(jié)構(gòu)、層次、使用基本合理，與當前我國抗抑郁藥發(fā)展形勢相符合。

Objective To analyze the utilization of antidepressant drugs in Department of Psychiatry of Luohe Central Hospital in 2019, so as to provide some guidance for promoting rational clinical use. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to compare the sales amount, defined daily dose system (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and their ranking ratio (B/A) of antidepressants in Department of Psychiatry of Luohe Central Hospital in the first quarter to the fourth quarter of 2019 by referring to the limited daily dose and drug use manual provided by WHO. Results The sales amount of SSRIs, SNRIs, and NaSSAs were ranked the top three, in which SSRIs had the most composition ratio. The sales amount of escitalopram, sertraline, mirtazapine, and duloxetine were ranked the top four. DDDs of escitalopram and sertraline were ranked the top two. DDC of antidepressant drugs was stable, and DDC of duloxetine, agomelatine, and venlafaxine were ranked the top three. B/A of escitalopram, citalopram, sertraline, amitriptyline, and clomipramine were close to 1. Conclusion The structure, hierarchy, and use of antidepressant drugs in Department of Psychiatry of Luohe Central Hospital are reasonable, which is consistent with the development of antidepressant in China.
