目的 研究富馬酸盧帕他定片聯(lián)合依巴斯汀片治療慢性蕁麻疹的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年12月-2019年12月在遼寧省健康產(chǎn)業(yè)集團(tuán)撫礦總醫(yī)院治療的70例慢性蕁麻疹患者為研究對(duì)象，所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各35例。對(duì)照組患者口服依巴斯汀片，1片/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服富馬酸盧帕他定片，1片/次，1次/d，兩組患者持續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者治療后臨床療效，比較兩組癥狀積分、皮膚病生活質(zhì)量指數(shù)（DLQI）評(píng)分、外周血免疫球蛋白E（IgE）和補(bǔ)體C3、C4水平、血清炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為94.29%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的80.00%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者瘙癢、風(fēng)團(tuán)直徑、風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)目積分和DLQI評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組降低較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者外周血IgE水平顯著降低，外周血補(bǔ)體C3、C4水平均明顯升高（P<0.05），且治療組免疫功能指標(biāo)水平改善較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清白細(xì)胞介素（IL）-2、白細(xì)胞介素（IL）-12和IFN-γ水平顯著升高（P<0.05）；并且治療組血清炎性因子水平升高較多（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 富馬酸盧帕他定片聯(lián)合依巴斯汀片治療慢性蕁麻疹具有較好的治療效果，能改善患者臨床癥狀，提高患者免疫功能，降低血清炎性因子水平，值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。

Objective To study the efficacy of Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets combined with Ebastine Tablets in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods Patients (70 cases) with chronic urticaria in Fukuang General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 35 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ebastine Tablets, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets on the basis of the control group, 1 tablet/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom score, DLQI score, IgE, C3, C4, and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of pruritus, diameter and number and the DLQI score in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgE in peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly decreased, but the levels of complement C3 and C4 in peripheral blood of the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). And the levels of immune function in the treatment group were improved more than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, and IFN-γ in the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). And the serum levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rupatadine combined with Ebastine Tablets has clinical curative effect in treatment of chronic urticaria, can improve the clinical symptoms and the immune function, and reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical application.
