1)、峰值呼氣流速(PEF)和FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)顯著升高(P<0.05),且治療組肺功能指標(biāo)升高較多(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組BSS評分顯著降低(P<0.05);并且治療組BSS評分降低較多(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 蘇黃止咳膠囊聯(lián)合丙酸倍氯米松氣霧劑治療慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作期具有較好的臨床療效,能夠改善患者肺功能和臨床癥狀,降低血清炎性因子水平,值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。;Objective To study the efficacy of Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with beclomethasone propionate in treatment of acute episode of chronic bronchitis. Methods Patients (140 cases) with acute episode of chronic bronchitis in Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 70 cases. Patients in the control group were given Beclometasone Dipropionate Aerosol, 2 press/nostril, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Suhuang Zhike Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom relief time, serum level of inflammatory indexes, pulmonary function index, and BSS score in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (95.71%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (84.29%) (P<0.05). After treatment, resolution times of expectoration, cough, fever, and lung rales in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-8, TNF-α, and hs-CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05); and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, FEV1, PEF, and FEV1/FVC in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05); and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Suhuang Zhike Capsules combined with beclomethasone propionate has clinical curative effect in treatment of acute episode of chronic bronchitis, can improve pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the serum level of inflammatory factors, which is worthy of clinical application."/>
