目的 探討腎炎溫陽膠囊聯(lián)合來氟米特片治療慢性腎小球腎炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年3月-2020年3月在焦作市人民醫(yī)院進行治療的120例慢性腎小球腎炎患者，根據(jù)用藥差別分為對照組和治療組，每組各60例。對照組口服來氟米特片，2片/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎上口服腎炎溫陽膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組均治療14 d后進行效果比較。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組治療前后腎功能指標、足細胞標志物和血清學指標的變化情況。結果 經(jīng)治療，對照組總有效率是81.67%，顯著低于治療組96.67%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者24 h尿蛋白（24 h Upro）、血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿紅細胞均較治療前顯著下降（P<0.05），且以治療組更顯著（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組足萼糖蛋白（PCX）、尿足細胞分子（B7-1）均較治療前顯著下降（P<0.05），且以治療組最著（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組血清胱抑素C（Cys-C）、白細胞介素-17（IL-17）、α₁-微球蛋白（α₁-MG）、血管內(nèi)皮生長因子（VEGF）、凝血酶激活的纖溶抑制物（TAFI）水平均顯著下降（P<0.05），且以治療組更顯著（P<0.05）。結論 腎炎溫陽膠囊聯(lián)合來氟米特治療慢性腎小球腎炎具有較好的臨床療效，可改善患者腎功能，降低機體炎癥反應，減輕足細胞損傷，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenyan Wenyang Capsules combined with leflunomide in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 120 Patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Jiaozuo People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into control group (60 cases) and treatment group (60 cases) according to the difference of medication. The control group was po administered with Leflunomide Tablets, 2 tabltes/time, once daily. The treatment group was po administered with Shenyan Wenyang Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. All patients were treated for 14 d. The clinical efficacy in two groups were observed, changes of renal functions, podocyte markers and serological indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 81.67%, significantly lower than that of the treatment group 96.67% (P<0.05). After treatment, 24 h Upro, Scr, BUN, and RBC in urine were all decreased in two groups, especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, PCX and B7-1 in urine of the two groups were significantly decreased, especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of Cys-C, IL-17, α₁-MG, VEGF and TAFI in the serum of the two groups were significantly decreased, especially in the treatment group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenyan Wenyang Capsule combined with leflunomide has good clinical effect, and can significantly improve the renal function of patients with glomerulonephritis, and can reduce the inflammatory response of the body, reduce the damage of podocytes, which has a certain clinical application value.
