目的 分析婦炎平膠囊聯(lián)合奧硝唑栓治療老年細(xì)菌性陰道炎的臨床效果。方法 選擇2017年3月-2019年2月在南陽市臥龍區(qū)婦幼保健院治療的老年細(xì)菌性陰道炎患者157例，隨機(jī)分為對照組（78例）和治療組（79例）。對照組患者睡前陰道置入奧硝唑栓，1粒/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上睡前陰道置入婦炎平膠囊，2粒/次，1次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)用藥10 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者血清白細(xì)胞介素IL-8（IL-8）、IL-6和IL-2水平，以及臨床癥狀消失時間。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為78.21%和93.67%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清IL-8、IL-6和IL-2水平均顯著降低（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者陰道疼痛消失時間、白帶減少時間、黏膜充血消失時間和外陰瘙癢消失時間均明顯比對照組早（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 婦炎平膠囊聯(lián)合奧硝唑栓治療老年細(xì)菌性陰道炎，可快速改善患者陰道疼痛、外陰瘙癢等臨床癥狀，改善機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)狀況，臨床療效較好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Fuyanping Capsules combined with Ornidazole Suppositories in treatment of senile bacterial vaginitis. Methods Patients (157 cases) with senile bacterial vaginitis in Nanyang Wolong District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control (78 cases) and treatment (79 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were vaginally implanted administered with Ornidazole Suppositories before bed, 1 garin/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were vaginally implanted administered with Fuyanping Capsules before bed on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, once daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the serum level of IL-8, IL-6 and IL-2, and the disappearance time of clinical symptom in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 78.21% and 93.67% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum level of IL-8, IL-6 and IL-2 in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the dsappearance time of vaginal pain, mucosal congestion and vulvar pruritus, the time of leucorrhea reduced in the treatment group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuyanping Capsules combined with Ornidazole Suppositories in treatment of senile bacterial vaginitis can rapidly improve the vaginal pain and vulvar pruritus, and improve the inflammatory response, and which has good clinical effect.
