目的 分析茜芷片聯(lián)合黃體酮治療藥物流產(chǎn)后子宮出血的臨床效果。方法 選擇2019年1月-2019年11月在洛陽東方醫(yī)院治療的藥物流產(chǎn)后子宮出血患者86例，隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組（43例）和治療組（43例）。對(duì)照組患者口服黃體酮膠囊，200 mg/次，1次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服茜芷片，5粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)服用10 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者B超復(fù)查和陰道流血情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為74.42%和95.35%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者平均陰道流血止時(shí)間和平均宮內(nèi)殘留消失時(shí)間明顯比對(duì)照組短（P<0.05），治療組患者陰道流血量明顯比對(duì)照組少（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 茜芷片聯(lián)合黃體酮治療藥物流產(chǎn)后子宮出血，可明顯改善患者陰道出血的臨床癥狀，縮短陰道出血時(shí)間和降低出血量，降低清宮率，安全可靠

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Qianzhi Tablets combined with progesterone in treatment of uterine bleeding after drug abortion. Methods Patients (86 cases) with uterine bleeding after drug abortion in Luoyang Dongfang Hospital from January 2019 to November 2019 were randomly divided into control (43 cases) and treatment (43 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Progesterone Capsules, 200 mg/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianzhi Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the B ultrasound and vaginal bleeding in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 74.42% and 95.35% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the mean time of vaginal stop bleeding and intrauterine Residue disappearing in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the vaginal bleeding volume in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qianzhi Tablets combined with progesterone in treatment of uterine bleeding after drug abortion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, decrease the time and amount of vaginal bleeding, reduce the curettage rate, which is safe and reliable.
