目的 研究小兒雙清顆粒聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α2b注射液治療兒童手足口病的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年3月-2020年3月河南科技大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的80例兒童手足口病患兒為研究對象，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各40例。對照組患兒皮下注射重組人干擾素α2b注射液，10 μg/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服小兒雙清顆粒，3次/d，4~6歲：2袋/次，4歲以下：1袋/次。兩組患兒持續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組患兒臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間、血清肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、肌鈣蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）水平、血清炎性因子水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組總有效率為95.00%，明顯高于對照組的75.00%（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患兒退熱時(shí)間、潰瘍恢復(fù)時(shí)間、口腔黏膜充血、皮疹消退時(shí)間和總病程明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清CK-MB和cTnI水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組血清CK-MB和cTnI水平降低較多（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）和γ-干擾素（IFN-γ）水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；并且治療組血清TNF-α、hs-CRP和IFN-γ水平降低較明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒雙清顆粒聯(lián)合重組人干擾素α2b注射液治療兒童手足口病具有較好的治療效果，可改善臨床癥狀，降低血清CK-MB、cTnI和炎性因子水平，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

Objective To study the efficacy of Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Injection in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children. Methods Children (80 cases) with hand-foot-and-mouth disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Children in the control group were sc administered with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Injection, 10 μg/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules on the basis of the control group, 4-6 years old:2 bags/time, under 4 years old:1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom relief time, and the serum levels of CK-MB, cTnI, and inflammatory factor in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the antipyretic time, ulcer recovery time, oral mucosal hyperemia, rash regression time and the total course of disease in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum levels of CK-MB and cTnI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP, and IFN-γ in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the serum levels of TNF-α, hs-CRP, and IFN-γ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Shuangqing Granules combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α2b Injection has clinical curative effect in treatment of hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children, can improve clinical symptoms, reduce the serum levels of CK-MB, cTnI, and inflammatory factors, which has a certain clinical application value.
