目的 探討金嗓開音膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢他美酯治療急性咽炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2017年8月-2019年8月天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院收治的急性咽炎患者82例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（41例）和治療組（41例）。對(duì)照組患者口服鹽酸頭孢他美酯片，0.5 g/次，2次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服金嗓開音膠囊，3粒/次，2次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者中醫(yī)癥狀積分，及血清白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和IL-6水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為75.61%和92.68%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組中醫(yī)癥狀積分及血清IL-1β、hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平較治療前均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組比對(duì)照組降低更明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金嗓開音膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢他美酯治療急性咽炎療效確切，不良反應(yīng)低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jinsang Kaiyin Capsules combined with cefetame pivoxil in treatment of acute pharyngitis. Methods Patients (82 cases) with acute pharyngitis in Tianjin Ninghe District Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into control (41 cases) and treatment (41 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefetame Pivoxil Hydrochloride Tablets, 0.5 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinsang Kaiyin Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the TCM symptom scores, and the serum level of IL-1β, hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 75.61% and 92.68% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM symptom scores, and the serum level of IL-1β, hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinsang Kaiyin Capsules combined with cefetame pivoxil in treatment of acute pharyngitis has definite curative effect and low adverse reaction.
