目的 探討舒冠顆粒聯(lián)合單硝酸異山梨酯膠囊治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年4月-2020年3月在南陽市中心醫(yī)院就診的100例冠心病心絞痛患者，根據隨機數字表法將100例患者分為對照組和治療組，每組各50例。對照組口服單硝酸異山梨酯膠囊，20 mg/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎上溫水沖服舒冠顆粒，6 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組臨床療效，比較兩組的心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、單次持續(xù)時間、硝酸甘油劑量，心功能指標和血液流變學指標。結果 治療后，治療組心絞痛總有效率（94.00%）明顯高于對照組（80.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組心電圖總有效率（88.00%）高于對照組（72.00%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、單次持續(xù)時間、硝酸甘油劑量均顯著降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組的心絞痛發(fā)作頻率、單次持續(xù)時間、硝酸甘油劑量均低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的左心室射血分數（LVEF）、左心室收縮末期內徑（LVESD）、心輸出量（CO）均顯著升高，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組患者的LVEF、LVESD、CO高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的血漿黏度、纖維蛋白原、血沉明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）；且治療組的血漿黏度、纖維蛋白原、血沉低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 舒冠顆粒聯(lián)合單硝酸異山梨酯膠囊能顯著提高冠心病心絞痛的療效，可減輕心絞痛癥狀，改善血液流變學和心功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shuguan Granules combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Capsules in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (100 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Nanyang Central Hospital from April 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Isosorbide Mononitrate Capsules, 20 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Shuguan Granules on the basis of the control group, 6 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the attack frequency and the single duration of angina pectoris, the nitroglycerin dose, the cardiac function indexes, and the hemorheological indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of angina pectoris in the treatment group (94%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (80%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of ECG in the treatment group (88.00%) was higher than that in the control group (72.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the attack frequency and the single duration of angina pectoris, and the nitroglycerin dose of the two groups were significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the attack frequency and the single duration of angina pectoris, and the nitroglycerin dose in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEF, LVESD, and CO of two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And LVEF, LVESD, CO of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shuguan Granules combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Capsules can significantly improve the curative effect of angina pectoris, relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris, improve hemorheology and cardiac function.
