目的 探討鹽酸川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合替格瑞洛片治療冠心病心絞痛的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月-2020年2月天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院收治的104例冠心病心絞痛患者作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將104例患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各52例。對(duì)照組口服替格瑞洛片，90 mg/次，2次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上靜脈滴注鹽酸川芎嗪注射液，40 mg/次，1次/d。15 d為1個(gè)療程，兩組患者連續(xù)治療2個(gè)療程。觀察兩組患者的心絞痛療效、心電圖療效，比較兩組患者的心絞痛次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間、硝酸甘油用量、視覺模擬評(píng)分（VAS）、心功能指標(biāo)和炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、缺血修飾白蛋白（IMA）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的心絞痛療效、心電圖療效總有效率均高于對(duì)照組，兩組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者的心絞痛次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間、硝酸甘油用量、VAS評(píng)分顯著降低，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組患者在治療后的心絞痛次數(shù)、發(fā)作持續(xù)時(shí)間、硝酸甘油用量、VAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的左心室射血分?jǐn)?shù)（LVEF）、心輸出量（CO）、每搏輸出量（SV）均顯著升高（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的LVEF、CO、SV高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的IL-6、Hcy、IMA水平均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的IL-6、Hcy、IMA水平均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 鹽酸川芎嗪注射液聯(lián)合替格瑞洛片可提高冠心病心絞痛的療效，改善心絞痛癥狀，提高心功能，降低心肌的炎性損傷。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Ticagrelor Tablets in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods Patients (104 cases) with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in Tianjin Ninghe Hospital from June 2018 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 52 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ticagrelor Tablets, 90 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were iv administered with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on the basis of the control group, 40 mg/time, once daily. A course of treatment had 15 d, and patients in two groups were treated for 2 courses. After treatment, the effect of angina pectoris and ECG were evaluated, and the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin, and the VAS score, the cardiac function indexes, the levels of IL-6, Hcy, and IMA in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the angina pectoris efficacy and ECG efficacy of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin, and the VAS score of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). And the frequency and duration of angina pectoris, the dosage of nitroglycerin, and the VAS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, LVEF, CO, and SV of the two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05). And after treatment, LVEF, Co, and SV of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, Hcy, and IMA in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And after treatment, the levels of IL-6, Hcy, and IMA in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Ticagrelor Tablets can improve the effect of angina pectoris, improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce the degree of inflammation, and improve the cardiac function.
