目的 探討藿膽片聯(lián)合桉檸蒎腸溶軟膠囊治療慢性鼻竇炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2016年10月-2019年12月天津市寧河區(qū)醫(yī)院收治的慢性鼻竇炎患者80例，隨機(jī)分為對照組（40例）和治療組（40例）。對照組口服桉檸蒎腸溶軟膠囊，1粒/次，2次/d。治療組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服藿膽片，3~5片/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者視覺模擬評分（VAS），炎癥因子白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）和C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平，及鼻黏液纖毛傳輸速度。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組臨床有效率為70.00%，顯著低于治療組的90.00%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組癥狀VAS均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者IL-2、TNF-α、CRP均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患者鼻黏液纖毛傳輸速度均顯著加快（P<0.05），且治療組比對照組明顯快（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 桉檸蒎腸溶軟膠囊聯(lián)合藿膽片治療慢性鼻竇炎效果顯著，可有效改善炎癥反應(yīng)和鼻黏液纖毛傳輸速度，安全性好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huodan Tablets combined with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules in treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with chronic sinusitis in Tianjin Ninghe Hospital from October 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control (40 cases) and treatment (40 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules, 1 grain/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Huodan Tablets on the basis of the control group, 3-5 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the VAS, the inflammatory factors level of IL-2, TNF-α and CRP, and the nasal mucociliary transport velocity in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 70.00%, which was significantly lower than 90.00% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the inflammatory factors level of IL-2, TNF-α and CRP in two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the nasal mucociliary transport velocity in two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group was significantly faster than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Huodan Tablets combined with Eucalyptol, Limonene and Pinene Enteric Soft Capsules has a significant therapeutic effect on chronic sinusitis, which effectively improve the inflammatory reaction and nasal mucociliary transmission speed, with good safety.
