目的 探討連花清瘟膠囊聯(lián)合更昔洛韋眼用凝膠治療單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年6月-2020年4月在河南大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院就診的82例單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎患者作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將82例患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各41例。對(duì)照組給予更昔洛韋眼用凝膠，2滴/次，4次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服連花清瘟膠囊，4粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組患者的臨床療效，比較兩組患者的干澀消失時(shí)間、畏光消失時(shí)間、充血消失時(shí)間、角膜愈合時(shí)間、角膜病損面積及淚液中氧化應(yīng)激指標(biāo)表皮生長因子（EGF）、丙二醛（MDA）、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶（GSH-Px）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組患者的總有效率為95.12%，對(duì)照組總有效率為80.49%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組的干澀消失時(shí)間、畏光消失時(shí)間、充血消失時(shí)間、角膜愈合時(shí)間均短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的角膜病損面積顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的角膜病損面積低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組淚液的EGF、GSH-Px水平明顯升高，MDA水平明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后治療組淚液的EGF、GSH-Px水平高于對(duì)照組，MDA水平低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 連花清瘟膠囊聯(lián)合更昔洛韋眼用凝膠可提高單純皰疹病毒性角膜炎的臨床療效，減輕臨床癥狀，降低淚液氧化應(yīng)激因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel in treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods Patients (82 cases) with herpes simplex keratitis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from June 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 41 cases. Patients in the control group were given Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel, 2 drops/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Lianhua Qingwen Capsules on the basis of the control group, 4 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and dry astringency disappearance time, photophobia disappearance time, hyperemia disappearance time, corneal healing time, corneal lesion areas, and the levels of oxidative stress index EGF, MDA, and GSH-P_X in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%, and that of the control group was 80.49%, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the dry astringency disappearance time, photophobia disappearance time, hyperemia disappearance time, and corneal healing time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the corneal lesion area of two groups was significantly reduced (P<0.05). And after treatment, the corneal lesion area of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the level of EGF and GSH-P_X in tear of two groups was significantly increased, but the levels of MDA in tear of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And after treatment, the level of EGF and GSH-P_X in tear of the treatment group was higher than those in the control group, while the levels of MDA in tear of the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Lianhua Qingwen Capsules combined with Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel can improve the clinical efficacy of herpes simplex keratitis, reduce the clinical symptoms, and reduce the level of oxidative stress factor in tears.
