目的 探討楓蓼腸胃康顆粒聯(lián)合枸櫞酸阿爾維林膠囊治療腹瀉型腸易激綜合征的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年3月-2020年3月在商丘市第一人民醫(yī)院就診的112例腸易激綜合征患者為研究對(duì)象，將全部患者根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各56例。對(duì)照組口服枸櫞酸阿爾維林膠囊，60 mg/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服楓蓼腸胃康顆粒，8 g/次，3次/d。兩組連續(xù)治療8周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組腹痛、腹瀉、腹脹消失時(shí)間，白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）水平和大便性狀、排便頻率評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率（91.07%）明顯高于對(duì)照組（76.79%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組腹痛、腹瀉、腹脹的消失時(shí)間明顯短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組大便性狀和排便頻率評(píng)分顯著降低（P<0.05）；且治療組的大便性狀和排便頻率評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 楓蓼腸胃康顆粒聯(lián)合枸櫞酸阿爾維林膠囊可提高腸易激綜合征的療效，可改善臨床癥狀，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fengliao Changweikang Granules combined with Alverine Citrate Capsules in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Patients (112 cases) with irritable bowel syndrome in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 56 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Alverine Citrate Capsules, 60 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fengliao Changweikang Granules on the basis of the control group, 8 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the disappearance time of abdominal pain, diarrhea and abdominal distension, the levels of IL-6, IL-17, and TNF-α, and the defecation characteristics scores and the defecation frequency scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group (91.07%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.79%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of abdominal pain, diarrhea and abdominal distension in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-17, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the levels of IL-6, IL-17, and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, defecation characteristics scores and defecation frequency scores in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05), and defecation characteristics scores and defecation frequency scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fengliao Changweikang Granules combined with Alverine Citrate Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, can improve clinical symptoms, and reduce inflammatory reaction.
