目的 探討百艾洗液聯(lián)合奧硝唑陰道栓治療滴蟲性陰道炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2020年2月-2020年6月在漯河市中心醫(yī)院進(jìn)行治療的150例滴蟲性陰道炎患者為研究對象，根據(jù)就診順序分為對照組（75例）和治療組（75例）。對照組給予奧硝唑陰道栓，每晚將外陰洗凈后戴上手套將奧硝唑陰道栓塞入陰道深處，1枚/次，1次/d；治療組在對照組治療基礎(chǔ)上給予百艾洗液，20 mL用溫水稀釋至200 mL，用陰道沖洗器沖洗，2次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療10 d。比較兩組的臨床療效，觀察兩組治療前后癥狀消失時間、相關(guān)評分、血清學(xué)指標(biāo)情況。結(jié)果 經(jīng)治療，治療組總有效率是98.67%，顯著高于對照組85.33%（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，治療組在外陰瘙癢、腰腹疼痛、外陰灼痛、白帶異常等臨床癥狀消失時間上均顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組陰道健康評分、LSIA評分均較治療前顯著升高，而SAS評分均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組陰道健康評分、LSIA評分顯著高于對照組，而SAS評分顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。經(jīng)治療，兩組患者血清白細(xì)胞介素-8（IL-8）、白細(xì)胞介素-13（IL-13）、白細(xì)胞介素-2（IL-2）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白1（MCP-1）水平均較治療前顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療組這些血清學(xué)指標(biāo)顯著低于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 百艾洗液聯(lián)合奧硝唑陰道栓治療滴蟲性陰道炎具有較好的臨床療效，可顯著改善臨床癥狀，促進(jìn)陰道健康改善，降低機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，具有一定的臨床推廣應(yīng)用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Baiai Lotion combined with Ornidazole Vaginal Suppositories in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods Patients (150 cases) with trichomonas vaginitis in Luohe Central Hospital from February 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (75 cases) and treatment group (75 cases) according to the order of treatment. Patients in the control group were given Ornidazole Vaginal Suppositories, Ornidazole Vaginal Suppositories were embolized deep into the vagina with gloves after vulva was cleaned every night, one Ornidazole Vaginal Suppositories/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were given Baiai Lotion on the basis of the control group, dilute 20 mL with warm water to 200 mL, and rinsed with a vaginal irrigator, twice daily. Both groups were treated consecutively for 10 days. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the symptom disappearance time, relevant scores and serological indicators of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.67%, significantly higher than 85.33% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of vulva pruritus, abdominal pain, vulva burning pain, and abnormal leucorrhea in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the vaginal health score and LSIA score in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, but SAS score was significantly lower (P<0.05). After treatment, vaginal health score and LSIA score in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, but SAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-8, IL-13, IL-2, TNF-α and MCP-1 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, these serological indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Baiai Lotion combined with Ornidazole Vaginal Suppositories has good clinical efficacy in treatment of trichomonas vaginitis, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, also can promote the improvement of vaginal health, reduce the body's inflammatory response, which has certain clinical application value.
