目的 研究養(yǎng)血清腦顆粒聯(lián)合尼莫地平片治療頸性眩暈的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年2月-2020年2月天津市第一中心醫(yī)院收治的100例頸性眩暈患者，將所有患者隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各50例。對(duì)照組患者口服尼莫地平片，1片/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上口服養(yǎng)血清腦顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者持續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，比較兩組的臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間、椎動(dòng)脈型頸椎病功能評(píng)定量表（FS-CSA）評(píng)分、椎動(dòng)脈血流速度和血清內(nèi)皮素（ET）、降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽（CGRP）水平。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組的總有效率分別為78.00%、96.00%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組患者眩暈、前庭功能受損、耳蝸癥狀、自主神經(jīng)癥狀消失時(shí)間顯著短于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組FS-CSA評(píng)分顯著降低，椎動(dòng)脈血流速度顯著升高（P<0.05）；并且治療組FS-CSA評(píng)分和椎動(dòng)脈血流速度改善較明顯（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組血清ET水平顯著降低，CGRP水平顯著升高（P<0.05）；并且治療組血清ET和CGRP水平改善較明顯（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 養(yǎng)血清腦顆粒聯(lián)合尼莫地平片用于治療頸性眩暈?zāi)軌蚩s短臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間，升高椎動(dòng)脈血流速度，改善患者臨床癥狀和血清ET、CGRP水平。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Yangxue Qingnao Granules combined with Nimodipine Tablets in treatment of cervical vertigo. Methods Patients (100 cases) with cervical vertigo in Tianjin First Central Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 50 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Nimodipine Tablets, 1 tablets/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yangxue Qingnao Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the remission time of clinical symptoms, the FS-CSA score, the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery, and the serum levels of ET and CGRP in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 78.00% and 96.00%, respectively, and there was significantdifference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of vertigo, vestibular dysfunction, cochlear symptoms, and autonomic nerve symptoms in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FS-CSA score of the two groups was significantly decreased, but the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery was significantly increased (P<0.05). And the FS-CSA score and the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery in the treatment group were significantly improved more than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of ET and CGRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). And the levels of ET and CGRP in the treatment group were significantly better more than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao Granule combined with Nimodipine Tablets in the treatment of cervical vertigo has good therapeutic effect, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
