目的 研究金蓮花軟膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢替安聯(lián)合治療兒童急性化膿性扁桃體炎的臨床療效。方法 選擇2017年7月-2019年9月在湖北省中醫(yī)院治療的急性化膿性扁桃體炎患兒135例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（67例）和治療組（68例）。對(duì)照組靜脈滴注注射用鹽酸頭孢替安，50 mg/kg，1次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服金蓮花軟膠囊，2粒/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)（WBC）、炎性因子白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）和C反應(yīng)蛋白（CRP）水平，及臨床癥狀改善時(shí)間。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組有效率分別為83.58%和97.06%，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組WBC、IL-6、CRP均顯著下降（P<0.05），且治療組明顯比對(duì)照組低（P<0.05）。治療后，治療組膿性分泌物消失時(shí)間、喉嚨痛感消失時(shí)間、退熱時(shí)間均明顯比對(duì)照組短（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 金蓮花軟膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢替安治療兒童急性化膿性扁桃體炎，可改善患兒臨床癥狀，緩解患兒機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)，臨床效果較好，安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jinlianhua Soft Capsules combined with cefotiam in treatment of acute tonsillitis in children. Methods Children (135 cases) with acute tonsillitis in Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into control (67 cases) and treatment (68 cases) groups. Children in the control group were iv administered with Cefotiam Hydrochloride for injection, 50 mg/kg, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Jinlianhua Soft Capsules on the basis of the control group, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the WBC, the inflammatory factor levels of IL-6 and CRP, the improvement time of clinical symptoms in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 83.58% and 97.06%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the WBC, the inflammatory factor levels of IL-6 and CRP in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of purulent secretion, sore throat, and antipyretic time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlianhua Soft Capsules combined with cefotiam in treatment of acute tonsillitis in children can rapidly improve clinical symptoms, and relieve the inflammatory response, which has good clinical effect with safety and reliability.
