目的 探討珠貝定喘丸聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松治療兒童支氣管哮喘的臨床效果。方法 選取2016年9月-2018年9月河南科技大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院（開元院區(qū)）收治的支氣管哮喘患兒116例，隨機(jī)分為對照組（58例）和治療組（58例）。對照組吸入沙美特羅替卡松氣霧劑，1撳/次，1次/d；治療組患兒在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服珠貝定喘丸，3~4歲兒童1丸/次，5~6歲2丸/次，7~8歲3丸/次，9~10歲4丸/次，11~13歲5丸/次，3次/d。兩組患兒連續(xù)治療3個(gè)月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者癥狀和體征消失時(shí)間，肺功能指標(biāo)一秒用力呼氣容積（FEV₁）、用力肺活量（FVC）和FEV₁/FVC，及血?dú)庵笜?biāo)血氧分壓（pO₂）和二氧化碳分壓（pCO₂）。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為84.48%和96.55%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組患兒癥狀、體征消失時(shí)間均明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組FEV₁、FVC、FEV₁/FVC均顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒pO₂明顯升高（P<0.05），而pCO₂明顯降低（P<0.05）；且治療組患兒pO₂和pCO₂明顯好于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 珠貝定喘丸聯(lián)合沙美特羅替卡松治療小兒支氣管哮喘可顯著提升療效，有助于改善肺功能并縮短病程時(shí)間，且安全性較高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhubei Dingchuan Pills combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate in treatment of bronchial asthma in children. Methods Children (116 cases) with bronchial asthma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology (Kaiyuan District) from September 2016 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control (58 cases) and treatment (58 cases) groups. Children in the control group were inhalation administered with Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for inhalation, 1 press/time, once daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Zhubei Dingchuan Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 pill/time for 3-4 years old, 2 pills/time for 5-6 years old, 3 pills/time for 7-8 years old, 4 pills/time for 9-10 years old, 5 pills/time for 11-13 years old, three times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 90 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs, the lung function indexes of FEV₁, FVC and FEV₁/FVC, the blood and gas indexes of pO₂ and pCO₂ in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 84.48% and 96.55% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the indexes of FEV₁, FVC and FEV₁/FVC in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the pO₂ levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), but the pCO₂ levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the pO₂, pCO₂ in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Zhubei Dingchuan Pills combined with salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate in treatment of bronchial asthma in children can significantly increase the efficacy with high safety, improve the lung function and shorten the duration of the disease.
