目的 觀察胃蘇顆粒聯(lián)合磷酸鋁凝膠治療膽汁反流性胃炎的臨床效果。方法 選擇2017年11月-2019年12月在天津市泰達(dá)醫(yī)院治療的膽汁反流性胃炎患者103例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（52例）和治療組（51例）。對(duì)照組患者口服磷酸鋁凝膠，20 g/次，3次/d。治療組患者在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上口服胃蘇顆粒，1袋/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者血管活性腸肽（VIP）、血漿胃動(dòng)素（MTL）和膽汁反流情況。結(jié)果 治療后，對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為71.15%和92.16%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組VIP水平顯著降低，MTL水平顯著升高（P<0.05），且治療組VIP和MTL水平明顯比對(duì)照組好（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組最長(zhǎng)反流時(shí)間、膽汁反流次數(shù)和反流總時(shí)間占比均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組顯著低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 胃蘇顆粒聯(lián)合磷酸鋁凝膠治療膽汁反流性胃炎，可明顯緩解黏膜炎癥和膽汁反流情況，改善機(jī)體VIP和MTL水平，臨床療效較好，安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Weisu Granules combined with Aluminum Phosphate Gel in treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods Patients (103 cases) with bile reflux gastritis in Tianjin TEDA Hospital from November 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control (52 cases) and treatment (51 cases) groups. Patients in the control group were po administered with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel, 20 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Weisu Granules on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the levels of VIP and MTL, bile reflux in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 71.15% and 92.16%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VIP levels in two groups were significantly decreased, but the MTL levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the levels of VIP and MTL in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the longest time, frequency and total time of bile reflux in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and these indicators in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Weisu Granules combined with Colloidal Aluminium Phosphate Gel in treatment of bile reflux gastritis can obviously relieve mucosal inflammation and bile reflux, improve the VIP and MTL levels, which has good clinical efficacy with safety and reliability.
