目的 探討小兒生血糖漿聯(lián)合蛋白琥珀酸鐵治療小兒缺鐵性貧血的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年1月-2019年12月鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的小兒缺鐵性貧血患兒264例，隨機(jī)分為對照組和治療組，每組各132例。對照組口服蛋白琥珀酸鐵口服溶液，1.5 mL/kg，2次/d。治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服小兒生血糖漿，10 mL/次，2次/d。兩組患兒持續(xù)治療1個月。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患兒血常規(guī)，平均紅細(xì)胞蛋白量（MCH）、紅細(xì)胞體積（MCV）和紅細(xì)胞分布寬度（RDW）水平，鐵代謝指標(biāo)及生活質(zhì)量（QOL）評分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組臨床總有效率為94.70%，顯著高于對照組的79.55%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒的血紅蛋白和血清鐵蛋白水平明顯高于治療前（P<0.05），治療組患兒血紅蛋白和血清鐵蛋白水平明顯高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒MCH和MCV水平明顯高于治療前（P<0.05），而RDW水平明顯低于治療前（P<0.05）；且治療組治療后的MCH、MCV和RDW水平顯著好于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒血清鐵（SI）水平明顯高于治療前（P<0.05），而總鐵結(jié)合力（TRBF）和血清轉(zhuǎn)鐵蛋白（TF）水平明顯低于治療前（P<0.05），治療組SI、TRBF和TF水平顯著好于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組患兒QOL評分明顯高于治療前（P<0.05），且治療組顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 小兒生血糖漿聯(lián)合蛋白琥珀酸鐵口服溶液治療小兒缺鐵性貧血的整體療效顯著，可有效改善貧血以及鐵代謝指標(biāo)，提高患兒生活質(zhì)量。

Objective To explore the clinical study of Xiaoer Shengxue Syrup combined with Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children. Methods Children (264 cases) with iron deficiency anemia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 132 cases. Children in the control group were po administered with Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution, 1.5 mL/kg, twice daily. Children in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaoer Shengxue Syrup on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, twice daily. Children in two groups were treated for 1 month. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the routine blood test, the MCH, MCV, and RDW levels, the iron metabolism indexes and QOL scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 79.55%, which was significantly lower than 94.70% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, hemoglobin and serum ferritin in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the MCH and MCV levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), but the RDW levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the SI levels in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), but the TRBF and TF levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the levels of SI, TRBF and TF in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the QOL scores in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The overall efficacy of Xiaoer Shengxue Syrup combined with Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children is significant, can effectively improve anemia and iron metabolism indicators, improve the quality of life.
