目的 探討哮喘寧顆粒聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅粉吸入劑治療支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作期的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年3月-2020年3月在許昌市中心醫(yī)院就診的支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作期患者106例為研究對(duì)象，將所有患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各有53例。對(duì)照組霧化吸入布地奈德福莫特羅粉吸入劑，1吸/次，2次/d；治療組在對(duì)照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服哮喘寧顆粒，10 g/次，3次/d。兩組均連續(xù)治療14 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的肺功能和炎癥因子。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組和對(duì)照組的總有效率分別為94.34%、81.13%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的用力肺活量（FVC）、最大呼氣流量（PEF）、第一秒用力呼氣容積/用力肺活量（FEV₁/FVC）明顯高于治療前，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的FVC、PEF、FEV₁/FVC高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的超敏C反應(yīng)蛋白（hs-CRP）、白細(xì)胞介素-6（IL-6）、白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）水平明顯低于治療前，白細(xì)胞介素-35（IL-35）水平明顯高于治療前，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療后治療組的hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-17水平低于對(duì)照組，IL-35水平高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 哮喘寧顆粒聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅粉吸入劑治療支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作期具有較好的臨床療效，可改善肺功能，降低血清炎癥因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaochuanning Granules combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation in treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods Patients (106 cases) with bronchial asthma in Xuchang Central Hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 53 cases. Patients in the control group were atomization inhalation administered with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation, 1 inhalation/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaochuanning Granules on the basis of the control group, 10 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 14 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and lung function and inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.34% and 81.13%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, FVC, PEF, and FEV₁/FVC of two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, FVC, PEF, and FEV₁/FVC of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and IL-17 in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, but the levels of IL-35 were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6, and IL-17 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the levels of IL-35 were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaochuanning Granules combined with Budesonide and Formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhalation has clinical curative effect in treatment of bronchial asthma, can improve the lung function of patients, and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.
