目的 探討齒痛消炎靈顆粒聯(lián)合甲硝唑片治療根尖周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年2月-2019年7月在白銀市第三人民醫(yī)院口腔科就診的80例根尖周炎患者作為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將所有患者分為對(duì)照組和治療組，每組各40例。對(duì)照組口服甲硝唑片，0.4 g/次，3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上溫水沖服齒痛消炎靈顆粒，20 g/次，3次/d。兩組患者連續(xù)治療7 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的牙周指標(biāo)、炎癥因子水平和視覺模擬評(píng)分法（VAS）評(píng)分。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為95.00%，對(duì)照組為80.00%，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的附著喪失（AL）、探診深度（PD）、菌斑指數(shù)明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組的AL、PD、菌斑指數(shù)低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、前列腺素E₂（PGE₂）明顯降低，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；治療組炎癥因子降低的更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的VAS評(píng)分均明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 齒痛消炎靈顆粒聯(lián)合甲硝唑片可提高根尖周炎的臨床療效，降低牙周癥狀和疼痛程度，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with Metronidazole Tablets in treatment of periapical periodontitis. Methods Patients (80 cases) with periapical periodontitis in Baiyin Third People's Hospital from February 2019 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Metronidazole Tablets, 0.4 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules on the basis of the control group, 20 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and periodontal index, inflammatory factor level, and VAS score in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, and that of the control group was 80.00%, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the AL, PD, and plaque index of two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). And the AL, PD, and plaque index of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, and PGE₂ of two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chitong Xiaoyanling Granules combined with Metronidazole Tablets have clinical curative effect in treatment of periapical periodontitis, and can decrease periodontal symptoms and pain, reduce inflammation.
