目的 探討金蓮花口服液聯合替硝唑膠囊治療牙周炎的臨床療效。方法 選取2018年1月-2020年1月在天津市第三中心醫(yī)院分院就診的80例（患牙105顆）牙周炎患者作為研究對象，根據隨機數字表法將所有患者分為對照組（40例，患牙51顆）和治療組（40例，患牙54顆）。對照組口服替硝唑膠囊，0.25 g/次，1次/d。治療組在對照組治療的基礎上口服金蓮花口服液，10 mL/次，3次/d，含漱1 min后吞服。兩組患者連續(xù)治療5 d。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的牙周指標菌斑指數、出血指數、探診深度和齦溝液炎癥因子單核細胞趨化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、白細胞介素-1β（IL-1β）、白細胞介素-8（IL-8）水平。結果 治療后，對照組的總有效率為80.00%，治療組的總有效率為95.00%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組的菌斑指數、出血指數、探診深度均顯著降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的菌斑指數、出血指數、探診深度低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組齦溝液MCP-1、IL-1β、IL-8水平均明顯降低（P<0.05）；治療后，治療組的齦溝液MCP-1、IL-1β、IL-8水平低于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 金蓮花口服液聯合替硝唑膠囊治療牙周炎具有較好的療效，可減輕牙周組織癥狀，減輕炎癥反應。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinlianhua Oral Liquid combined with Tinidazole Capsules in treatment of periodontitis. Methods Patients (80 cases, 105 affected teeth) with periodontitis in the Branch of Tianjin Third Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group (40 cases, 51 affected teeth) and the treatment group (40 cases, 54 affected teeth). Patients in the control group were po administered with Tinidazole Capsules, 0.25 g/time, once daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jinlianhua Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group, 10 mL/time, three times daily, gargled for 1 min before swallowing. Patients in two groups were treated for 5 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and the plaque index, the bleeding index, the probing depth, and the levels of inflammatory factor MCP-1, IL-1β and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, and that of the control group was 80.00%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the plaque index, the bleeding index and the probing depth of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05); after treatment, the periodontal indexes plaque index, the bleeding index and the probing depth of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MCP-1, IL-1β and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of MCP-1, IL-1β and IL-8 in gingival crevicular fluid of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jinlianhua Oral Liquid combined with Tinidazole Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of periodontitis, can reduce periodontal tissue symptoms and inflammatory reaction.
