目的 探討川貝枇杷膠囊聯(lián)合頭孢哌酮治療慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作的臨床療效。方法 抽取2018年10月-2020年1月在中國平煤神馬集團職業(yè)病防治醫(yī)院治療的慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作患者84例，依據(jù)藥物治療方案分為對照組和治療組，每組各42例。對照組患者靜脈滴注注射用頭孢哌酮鈉，2.0 g/次加入生理鹽水200 mL，2次/d；治療組在該基礎(chǔ)上口服川貝枇杷膠囊，3粒/次，3次/d。兩組患者均連續(xù)治療10 d。觀察兩組患者臨床療效，同時比較治療前后兩組患者血清腫瘤壞死因子-α（TNF-α）、白細胞介素-6（IL-6）和IL-8水平及癥狀和體征消失時間。結(jié)果 治療后，對照組和治療組臨床總有效率分別為85.71%、97.62%，兩組比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均明顯降低（P<0.05），且治療組患者明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）。治療期間，治療組患者喘息、咳嗽、咳痰、發(fā)熱等消失時間均明顯短于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 川貝枇杷聯(lián)合頭孢哌酮治療慢性支氣管炎急性發(fā)作取得了滿意療效，且安全性好，具有一定的臨床推廣應用價值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chuanbei Pipa Capsules combined with cefoperazone in treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis. Methods Patients (84 cases) with acute attack of chronic bronchitis in Occupational Disease Prevention and Therapeutic Hospital of China Pingmei Shenma Group from October 2018 to January 2020 were divided into control and treatment groups based on different treatments, and each group had 42 cases. Patients in the control group were iv administered with Cefoperazone sodium for injection, 2 g added into normal saline 200 mL, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Chuanbei Pipa Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 10 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8, and the disappearance time of symptoms and signs in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 85.71% and 97.62%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of wheezing, coughing, expectoration, fever in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chuanbei Pipa Capsules combined with cefoperazone has satisfactory curative effect and good safety in treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis, which has a certain clinical application value.
