目的 分析黑龍江省農(nóng)墾總局總醫(yī)院2018-2019年門、急診抗菌藥物的使用情況，為門、急診抗菌藥物臨床合理使用提供參考。方法 采用回顧性分析方法，將黑龍江省農(nóng)墾總局總醫(yī)院2018年7月-2019年6月門、急診抗菌藥物處方進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析。結(jié)果 共分析9 518張抗菌藥物處方，其中不合理處方927張，不合理處方率為9.74%；其中不規(guī)范處方、用藥不適宜處方和超常處方分別為207張（占22.33%）、666張（占71.84%）和54張（占5.83%）；主要表現(xiàn)為適應(yīng)證不適宜和用法用量不適宜等。結(jié)論 黑龍江省農(nóng)墾總局總醫(yī)院2018-2019年門、急診抗菌藥物的使用仍存在不合理現(xiàn)象，需加強(qiáng)處方審核，以確?？咕幬锱R床合理使用。

Objective To investigate the use of antibacterial drug in outpatient and emergency department in General Hospital of Agriculture Bureau of Heilongjiang Province from 2018 to 2019, and provide reference for rational use of antibacterial drug in the clinic. Methods In retrospective study, antibacterial drug prescriptions in outpatient and emergency department in General Hospital of Agriculture Bureau of Heilongjiang Province from July 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed statistically. Results 9 518 Prescriptions of antibacterial drug were analyzed, 927 prescriptions were irrational, and the irrational rate was 9.74%; among which, 207 (22.33%) were non-standard prescriptions, 666 (71.84%) were inappropriate prescriptions, and 54 (5.83%) were off-label drug use; the inappropriate drug use manifested as inappropriate in dosage and administration, inappropriate in indications. Conclusion Unreasonable use still exists in the use of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency department in General Hospital of Agriculture Bureau of Heilongjiang Province from 2018 to 2019, need to strengthen prescription audit, to ensure rational use of antibiotics in the clinic.
