[摘要]
目的 探討腦心通膠囊聯(lián)合胞磷膽堿鈉膠囊治療急性腦梗死恢復(fù)期的臨床療效。方法 選取2019年4月—2020年4月在天津市第五中心醫(yī)院治療的腦梗死恢復(fù)期患者126例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和治療組,每組各63例。對(duì)照組患者口服胞磷膽堿鈉膠囊,2粒/次,3次/d。治療組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服腦心通膠囊治療,3粒/次,3次/d。兩組患者均治療4周。觀察兩組患者臨床療效,同時(shí)比較治療前后兩組患者神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分和Barthel指數(shù),全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血漿黏度和紅細(xì)胞壓積,及血小板蛋白激酶C(PKC)、五正聚蛋白3(PTX3)、血管緊張素Ⅱ(Ang ΙΙ)和α顆粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)水平。結(jié)果 治療后,對(duì)照組和治療組臨床有效率分別為77.78%和92.06%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組Barthel指數(shù)、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血漿黏度和紅細(xì)胞壓積均明顯高于治療前(P<0.05),且治療組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。治療后,兩組患者神經(jīng)功能缺損評(píng)分、PKC、PTX3、Ang ΙΙ和GMP-140水平明顯降低(P<0.05),且治療組比對(duì)照組降低更為顯著(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 腦心通膠囊聯(lián)合胞磷膽堿鈉膠囊可改善神經(jīng)功能缺損和血液流變學(xué)指標(biāo),降低PKC、PTX3、Ang ΙΙ和GMP-140水平,提高患者的日常生活活動(dòng)能力。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the effect of Naoxintong Capsules combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsules in treatment of acute cerebral infarction in convalescent stage. Methods Patients (126 cases) with acute cerebral infarction in convalescent stage in Tianjin Fifth Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 63 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Citicoline Sodium Capsules, 2 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Naoxintong Capsules on the basis of the control group, 3 grains/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the neurological deficit score, Barthel index, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit, and the levels of PKC, PTX3, Ang Ⅱ and GMP-140 in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy and in the control and treatment groups was 77.78% and 92.06% respectively, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, Barthel index, whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit in two groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and these indexes in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of the neurological deficit score, PKC, PTX3, Ang Ⅱ, and GMP-140 in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Naoxintong Capsules combined with Citicoline Sodium Capsules can improve neurological impairment and hemorheology indexes, reduce PKC, PTX3, Ang Ⅱ, and GMP-140 levels, and improve activities of daily living of patients.
