目的 探討哮喘寧顆粒聯(lián)合硫酸沙丁胺醇?xì)忪F劑治療支氣管哮喘慢性持續(xù)期患者的臨床療效。方法 選取2017年9月—2019年11月鄭州大學(xué)第五附屬醫(yī)院收治的98例支氣管哮喘慢性持續(xù)期患者為研究對象，根據(jù)抽簽法將患者分為對照組（49例）和治療組（49例）。對照組吸入復(fù)方硫酸沙丁胺醇?xì)忪F劑，早晚各1吸。治療組在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上口服哮喘寧顆粒，25 g/次，2次/d。兩組均治療12周。觀察兩組的臨床療效，比較兩組的肺功能、血清炎性因子。結(jié)果 治療后，治療組的總有效率為93.88%，高于對照組的75.51%（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組用力肺活量（FVC）、第一秒用力呼氣量（FEV₁）、最大呼氣峰流速（PEF）均升高（P<0.05），且治療組肺功能高于對照組（P<0.05）。治療后，兩組干擾素-γ（IFN-γ）、白細(xì)胞介素-4（IL-4）、白細(xì)胞介素-17（IL-17）水平降低，白細(xì)胞介素-10（IL-10）水平升高（P<0.05），且治療組IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-17水平低于對照組，IL-10水平高于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 哮喘寧顆粒聯(lián)合硫酸沙丁胺醇?xì)忪F劑治療支氣管哮喘慢性持續(xù)期具有較好的療效，可明顯改善肺功能，減輕炎癥反應(yīng)，且安全性較好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaochuanning Granules combined with Compound Salbutamol Sulfate Aerosol in treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma. Methods Patients (98 cases) with chronic persistent bronchial asthma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into the control group (49 cases) and the treatment group (49 cases). Patients in the control group inhaled Compound Salbutamol Sulfate Aerosol, once in the morning and once in the evening. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xiaochuanning Granules on the basis of the control group, 25 g/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 12 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and lung function indexes and serum inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.88%, which was higher than 75.51% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the FVC, FEV₁, and PEF were increased (P<0.05), and the lung function of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, and IL-17 in the two groups were decreased, but the level of IL-10 was increased (P<0.05). And the levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, and IL-17 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, but the level of IL-10 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaochuanning Granules combined with Compound Salbutamol Sulfate Aerosol has clinical curative effect in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma, can significantly reduce the inflammatory response, and improve the lung function, with good safety.
